Between the center pin and the two outer pins.
Center one is signal pin, for the outside ones, one is V+ (pobably 5v) and the other ground.
So both resistor attach to the center pin and one each to the outside pins.
11% is a rather big difference between the two panels.

Hi guys, one last question, about the deck.
I want something portable, longboard decks are a bit big so I was wondering if putting the parts on a regular skateboard deck would be okay? (might need risers)

Did some calculations on what speeds should I expect using the excel file from here. According to that I could reach 22 km/h using the 16 teeth pulley and 17 km/h using the 12 teeth pulley.
