Looks like a good build. Did you say you joined the battery cells with nuts and bolts? If so, I would like to see a pic showing that. I thought battery pack builders were using a tack welders to assemble cells.

Along that line, what about wearing a grounding cuff on the wrist while working on e-bikes? Does it provide any protection to electronic components from static electricity during maintenance?
-We wore the grounding cuffs on our wrists at work while programming and marking chips.
My fat tire bike (not electrified) works great in the coastal sand, but I never plan to ride it on pavement or hard pack for any length of time. It just takes too much muscle to climb and accelerate with the big heavy tires.
