The crank arms must not be seated completely in if you re catching a thread or 2 only? They should not slide all the way in by themselves, the screws will press them in as you tighten. But you should be catching more than 2 threads to start it off. Wishes

I had the same problem with my Kona, the chain would drop on the chain rings when I had it in the lower gears. Something to do with the angle of the cassette and the chain rings. I tried reducing the gears in the back to shorten my cassette and used spacers to offset it so I would get a better...
