    Battery pack with broken cell, how to resolve ?

    Hi, to all. Finally I've received the pack 48V 10AH , taken on ebay, unfortunately the first cell as broken. Don't reach the top charge (even trying to load it separately with special CHARGER for A123) and after only 2.5Ah of discharge falls to 2.5V There are any solutions ? Leave the broken...
