    Mount the motor so the rubber pad is sitting against the frame, it should never move again as the pad will prevent the torque from rotating the motor. I put a thicker pad on mine due to the offset of the frame to BB.

    You dont need to see the cell meter/alarms, they have a very loud piezo alarm that goes off when the preset voltage is reached by any cell. I ride with mine tucked in the battery bag.

    As others have said in use it is virtually silent, the only ti,e I hear it barely is at low gear and close to no load. Just make sure the motor is off the frame or that the rubber pad is the only contact, I had to add an extra bit of rubber due to frame design.

    I have an 8 speed Alfine hub on a Tonaro crank drive, you have to stop the motor to change gear, but you can change gear stationary, most hubs are like this, I have Sram 7 speed and Sturmley archer 3 speed that can be changed whilst stationary as well.

    The battery voltage is not constant you started at 54.34v and low voltage cutout was at 41v, so the wh would be dependent upon how long each voltage was maintained, throw in voltage sag etc. your gauge would be the more correct wh as it was taken over the real world voltage curve.     Only thing I can suggest is unplug and reconnect the sensor lead incase it is not making a good connection, also visually check that all 3 pins are not damaged whilst its apart.
