    BMS Issues

    I bought it new off someone on here with the headway cells. Chargers are broken and are making a buzzing sound... Not good. Bms shows same voltage as pack.

    You missed out front end failure LOL The forks on my bike have bent over 45 degrees. Absolutely f*cked it up. It was only a basic mountain bike, no suspension. But yeah, I'm going with rear hub motors from now on. :mrgreen:

    Thanks for the replies guys. Very helpful, I thought it was fine, but had read somewhere the prismatic cells had a higher voltage. But thanks for clearing this up. I've made the mounts for batteries and am happy with them, will be cycling them soon after painting frame etc.

    Ok, So my batteries arrived last week and they all seem balanced. But are these batteries meant to settle at around 3.3-3.5 or are they meant to be at 3.6? Charger seems to bring them up to 3.6 or so, then they go down to 3.4v Just wondering, thanks!

    Wow! It is a funny vehicle. And probably not many were manufactured. But.. 40k WOW If it's in not too bad state, I'd clean it up and put it on Ebay, if it were me.
