    Electric Motorcycle (50cc Equivalant)

Great work on the frame and engineering. Even with a self build in the UK, if you use all new parts and can show the receipts you can register as a new build. This also means that you don't need an MOT test until the vehicle is three years old, from it's date of registration.

    My electric Triumph GT6

Traction was rarely a problem for me. I used Dunlop 165/70-13 Formula R tyres on 5 1/2 inch wide rims. Never tested it with a g meter but, I imagine might give more than 1g on the skidpad. Wasn't much that could stay with me in the twisties. Currently working on a project that I calculate should...

    My electric Triumph GT6

For a simple improvement, swap the rotoflex for a very late GT6 or Spitfire 1500 swing spring set-up with the longer driveshafts. Make sure you fit the larger anti-roll bar from the GT6 or add an after market anti-roll bar to the rear. One esteemed british car magazine, either Autocar or Motor...

    AWD without differentials?

I read recently, although I can't remember where, that someone found that there was no particular problem with not being able to use torque vectoring on an AWD EV. I suspect it might have been about a formula student race car whose team had run out of time/funds/capability to program it in. The...

    Conclusive proof gearboxes are awesome.

We don't need to look at the whole post here, just the first line, because with an EV the "compensating" removes the need for a gearbox and clutch or auto transmission. A bigger ICE needs a bigger, stronger, heavier transmission. The whole premise of the 'gearboxes aren't awesome arguement' is...

    Partial throttle and motor efficiency

Thanks for that Alan. I can see your side of the discussion as well as John's. Most went over my head but I'll at least be able to know what to research to improve my understanding.
