    Its a nice donor bike If you go the front hub route you could also add an internal gear hub for the rear wheel,because eventually you are gonna miss some higher gears.

    It is the battery what is more expensive.The higher the capacity the higher the price ,but you could ask them for a kit without the battery and save some bucks from shipping rates and taxes.
