    :one wonders as with years ago for a car with a noisey diff we were told stuff it full with banana skins ....for the amount of dismantling ive done for this problem think ill try it.

    I've 5 cyclone 500w in shed ---only the newest motor one i ride often as its motor is quite. On 3 others 1 i replaced gears others the grease .... that gluey thick stuff ----i ve come to the conclusion the armature spline wears down is what makes the noise ..gears do wear down as one can see...

    One of my cyclone 500w motors is noisy...Have just replaced gear cogs with the sticky grease but still noisy ...bearings seemed ok ...Could it be motor spline.

    battery pack failure

    This home made battery pack was under load to fail. In taking apart 2 cells seem to have got the pox or something has anyone had this happen. The pack did not have much use and i can blame the BMS for this happening.

    well on the hill motor cut out , lights went out so its battery , shorted out bms then still it happened . I think i've had the 2 problems at once cells breaking down & that heat switch so i'll get 3 12v sla batteries yes with them. If the hill had a cliff I'd thrown it over.---Thnks again.
