    Thanks Hyena, It burned with a heap of smoke and then flames over a period of time, I took out the batteries pack quick to avoid start burning the cables. Only the controller burned, the rest of the bike is fine. I will have a look to does controllers

    This things only happen to me!! :x last night when I went to the garage the bicycle accidentally fell, immediately there was a short circuit and the controller began to burn as you can see in the photo. Any suggestions for a new 110V controller ?…. because I have no great desire to buy another...

    I will try to find a 260mm shock from a Pit bike to see how it works. :) I have 10 Packs of Sony VTC4 25S in my Raptor More then 10 packs is difficult, as you have to have space for all the wiring

    Hi, My big issues is the shock and the back wheel. I don't like the way the back wheel feel through bumps its like a spring loose, Jumps are fine. I have all the spokes glued but if I hit hard a big hole or root the wheel get twisted. Any advise?

    Very stable! curves very well! Lots of power! climbs everything! Cromotor handles the heat very well ( 32º degrees air temperature when I took this photos)

    Hi, what type electric brake magnetic sensing switches do you recomend ? I'm thinking to install something to help breaking. It is better a simple switche or instal on the brake lever? Please show how did you install yours.(photos) Regards

    Inside of the frame one of the Anderson poles have the connector upside down.I measure with multimeter the voltage is correct but when I connected the plugs bike could only run 10m.

    Offroader well my shock only have 2,36" travel. I have to try a shock like yours. I'm riding at 92V and 55A or 65A and this thing is a beast but very stable at high speed. I have the feeling in the jumps that something will break with such heavy wheel on the back. Thanks

    Offroader, I think this is a problem of phase or Hall wires. Today I was able to ride another 200 metters but then the controller get blocked.
