    I've got a Giant Toughroad (maybe 2016) with a hub motor. I've also built a bike with a Bafang mid-drive (not the Giant). Everything is pretty normal on the Giant around the BB other than the cable guide / cover on the underside of the downtube.

    My mate opened up the motor at the weekend. So, some pictures of the interior. Everything is very nicely made. I had a chance to ride the bike again. It's a very nice little motor and has a fair bit of power. It will be interesting to see how well it lasts.
