    dead cell in an almost new Turnigy 5Ah 6s

    Bike to work, park it there, come back it's acting weird. Ok limp home, measure voltage. Out of 2 6s packs all cells are 3.83-3.85V except for one that is 0.01 or so. First cell in the pack. Take the shrink wrap off, sure enough it's puffed up. Can I order up a single cell and replace it...
