    Sounds like a speed limit may be in action cutting off assist over a certain speed. If so that would not be a PAS setting but a general one.

    Have you tried a video conference with Boxxbike support, they are usually very helpful. But if you have a a chain issue, any motorcycle shop should be able to look at it in case something is out of alignment.

    If you have a Hub drive, why don't you use a Bottom Bracket Torque sensor? These are the best and easiest to use. Grin has a wide selection https://ebikes.ca/shop/electric-bicycle-parts/torque-sensors.html The next question of course is does your controller supports Torque sensing input?
