    The other question about the battery and controller lasting for the mxus 4t. The motor will run @ whatever amp the controller gives it. So if the system was running fine before you switched motor then it will work fine after you move the controller and battery over to the new frame.

    I do not think it can handle a 16s setup. Reading the forums on golden motor site the max you can run is 57-58 volts leaving a few 2-3 for voltage spikes.
