    Polyethylene battery gaskets

    Thought I'd share an idea I went with for 18650 battery gaskets. Instead of paper gaskets I fabricated my own gaskets out of UHMW polyethylene sheet, 10mils (e.g. http://amzn.to/1Patsuo). The adhesive of the stuff I linked to is supposed to be good to 200F which is a decent amount of headroom...
