    Upgrading Prebuilt: Michael Blast Greaser

I know I am late to the show, but I have installed suspension forks on my two cruisers (Felt - one with an air Rock Shoxx XC32, and one - the electric one - with Rock Shoxx Domain) and it made them much more comfortable. I could also highly recommend the Brooks B190 (have them on both Felts) for...

This bike will be EVIL when finished!

    Ruff Cycles Cafe concept

Very cool, but what are the pedals for, why not eliminate them? I assume you are going "throttle only"? Because if you keep pedal assist what would you do about the chainline? With that hub width you might need a fatbike BB in order to have a straight chainline. And with "throttle only" you can...

    Lowrider eBike project

Cool build. I like how nicely the battery fits under the seat. Much better than on the sissy bar. I think a shorter sissy bar would look better on this build. I also had purchased the regular BB adapters before I found the eccentric ones from Luna :D

    Felt Cruiser BBS01

Hey, it's been awhile since I last posted on this forum. There was some changes made. One of the final looks before the major update. As I am pretty bad with electrics and don't know (or don't trust myself) how to connect my headlight to the battery I simply ran + and - from the lightbulb to...

    Intro guide to TSDZ2 & BBS02 (updated 2021)

*My 2019 unit from PSWPower still has the infamous "throttle can only do on or off" issue. No amount of programming seems to fix it. I have a 2017 BBS01 and the throttle works gradually. Ironically I can't enjoy it because I live in Germany so "throttle verboten". Duh.

Your Creation's Before & After Pics

This is a while after I got the bike - on this pic it already has the wheels relaced with other hubs and brakes to prepare it for the motor installation. It also has an air suspension fork (mocked up to look like a double crown fork). And this is now (with a real double crown fork and same...

    RANS e-Bike Possible?

Is this Your bike or do You plan on buying it? I think 1750$ is incredibly expensive for a cruiser, especially such an ugly one. You can buy much nicer frames (Porucho, Tango, Basman, Dean etc. check Ruff Cycles) to build on or a fully assembled Felt (around 700-800$) or Electra. Just check...

    Rejected due to shipping "damage"

Hahahaha! This is crazy! I see his point - Had he ordered first one item, didn't like it, then another and so on, he would have had to send back the ones he didn't like anayway. He did actually save some time, I give him that. But the whole work of putting that stuff back in the box and make it...

    Cruiser with disc brakes?

You could have a look at the cruisers in the electric section on the ratrodbikes forum. It will give You some ideas. By the way there are adapters from Luna Cycles for the BB30 to BSA, if You are thinking midmotor. They are eccentric too so clearance is no longer a problem. I have that...

    Felt Cruiser BBS01

I never liked how the display rested there on the stem and finally put it behind the lamp using the original lamp clamp. I still have two hole left on the clamp, so if I find some soft plastic to cut a shape out of I will be also able to put the on/off switch there.

    Felt Cruiser BBS01

Well I finally installed the fenders and the chainguard. The front lamp must be wired.

    Felt Cruiser BBS01

I was worried about the handling, it occured to me that it would make for an awkward ark while turning, but after I did that I couldn't notice any difference. Since the seat position is upright (as You correctly assumed) it has that townee bike feel where the rider is just pulling the handles...

    Felt Cruiser BBS01

Here is my build. There is some cosmetic work to be done yet - front fender needs to be installed, a rear lamp is missing and lights aren't wired yet. They should be powered by the bike's battery. It is a Felt cruiser bike, with a Rock Shox XC32 fork and a Shimano Nexus 3 Inter hub and some...

Hi there. Could You tell me please how wide a tire can one fit in that Shokster and how wide is the axle? Would it fit a Felt cruiser?
