    Anyone using BAFANG G062.1000 1000W geared hub motor?

    Wondering how much better this 1000W would be vs my current 750W setup? On a Fat tire bike with 35A KT controller and 52V batt. Also, I removed the internals of my original 350W motor, and replaced with the 750W motor internals, which worked great. Would I be able to do the same with this 1000W?

    Great, hope so!! I will run a quick test on the battery ASAP, hope it is ok too. If so will order a new controller soon. Any suggestions on which model, maybe there is a better one than what I had here (35amp 36-52v KT Controller).

    Update: I think good news, I unplugged and it DID seem like the motor spins easier now! So does this mean its shorted and needs to be replaced or do I need to test further? It would be nice if it was only the controller and both motor and battery are OK. Thanks!

    I have 2 ideas I am going to try this afternoon... A spare throttle I have to test with, and remove the LCD extension cable (green plug) from the LCD to the controller since it was needed to reach. Maybe there is an issue with it or THAT is the incompatible part! :D

    So everything here is new, controller and display (LCD). There is only the "green" connector for that and then the black one for the throttle, right? Today I will test using another throttle I have and see if that works.
