    BBS remove controler cover

Thanks for the detailed description, I looked at your post too.It looks like a risky business 🙂 You have damaged your PAS sensor. I'll think about trying it again. I will discharge the capacitors using the display eventually.

    BBS remove controler cover

Hi, I wanted to ask if it is possible to remove the controller for the BBS... from the top aluminium cover, without having to remove the seating grey material? I need to improve the cooling. apply a new heat conductive paste, or improve the connection between the inner and outer side of the...

BBS-FW: Open Source Firmware for BBSHD/BBS02 Controller

Hi, I think I'll switch from Eggrider to a display compatible with this FW. Eggrider doesn't seem to support this FW. I am interested in the type of display that will be able to show temperature instead of range permanently on the display. At the moment I think only DPC-18 can do it, do you...

BBS-FW: Open Source Firmware for BBSHD/BBS02 Controller

If you mean switching the road/offroad profile, I use it. It would be nice if Eggrider would work with your great FW. I like the FW very much, especially the newly added function of lowering the power before reaching a critical temperature value. I currently have a BBS02 with modified FW to...

BBS-FW: Open Source Firmware for BBSHD/BBS02 Controller

Is this firmware compatible with the Eggrider display? Someone wrote here that it sets live data on Eggrider and then works. The Eggrider application has the same settings as the Bafanf config tool, but not as the settings in your open source firmware software.

    BBS02 vibrations under load

Yes, it happens sometimes, when you don't have time to change gear before the traffic lights. I don't do it on purpose, but sometimes this situation happens. The problem is that with 48V the vibrations did not occur and with the new 52V the engine vibrates with this inappropriate combination.

    BBS02 vibrations under load

I have a Bafang BBS02 middle motor, where I changed the battery for 52V, (fully charged is 58,8V) originally it was 48V (fully charged is 54,4V) I successfully flashed the controller according to the instructions to accept a 52 V battery The motor has a controller...

    Bafang BBS02 500W 36V vs 750W stator and rotor

I ask experts for advice, is the stator and rotor of the Bafang BBS02 always the same? I want to upgrade BBS02 36V, 500W controller from BBS02 750W. I want maximum efficiency with normal cadence. So something between 60-90 rpm
