    hi I made some mistakes making the linkage rod between the two side of swing arm so made a new one, it fit better: bearing spacer also add the two screw for pinch the wheel axle

    Thanks you About the battery, yes I know I don't need big parallel link but I add a second layer on the series link in order to improve mechanical resistance of it, not for current. Yes it's 20s16p 4000wh

    Hi, started to mill the swing arm with my diy cnc rooter, still impressed by the work of this machine, reached 0.01mm précision for the bearing holes, part are ffitting well, but it take time to assemble it. here some pictures:

    Hi some news, battery almost done ( miss thermal sheath) and test the motor with it this is my fist battery build, please be tolerant, it's not perfect. But will accept with pleasure any advises for making it better next time :wink:

    BigBlock I think your simulation setup are wrong, don't lock the movement of the shock fixation. because shock will not take any torque or lateral force in real life. Just lock the main pivot in all direction ( and rotation), if your force are correctly apllied, it will don't want to rotate...

    hi, sorry don't understand what you mean by saying fake cell, do you thinks its rebadged panasonic or that is not really liitokala cell? I will check the nipple but what I am supposed to see? checking capacity is not enough? I don't discharger capable or creating curve. Just measuring capacity.
