    PS: After doing some more research, we decided to bail on the MXUS, and are currently licking our chops over the lightning rods XL motor... seems like might be better suited for this.. XL Motor welcome any thoughts! ;-)

    so far so good, but when ambient is 90-100F, i expect the controller to start limiting power near the top of my hill, when the motor gets to ~320F... in early July, i'll be commuting to crystal city, so a bit longer, and not sure the route yet, so that'll be interesting.

    ok, this helps: i'd never seen the type on the right before, and assumed the crown race had to slide all the way down, but maybe i need another type. if i'd bought an FSA headset i had tee'd up, the crown race wouldn't be able to slide all the way down to the crown and would sit on top of that...
