What's the easiest way to reset the firmware or configuration as I'm hitting a 220watt limit and I can't find what config is causing it? Or just go back to the latest stable version instead of the 1.0.0 version?
Do your work and read the configurations page.

Re: Fully wireless ANT+ BLE TSDZ2 mid drive motor (like Specialized Turbo Levo) -- Flexible OpenSource firmware

High level languages for fast development of UI display I was looking for high level languages available for NRF5840, because this is very popular and have 1Mbytes of flash memory, which is a lot hence the high level languages available. The potential advantages I see comparing to use current SW102...

Re: Fully wireless ANT+ BLE TSDZ2 mid drive motor (like Specialized Turbo Levo) -- Flexible OpenSource firmware

i finally had 2 hours time to play with my dongle. sadly i did not get very far as i had problems flashing the firmware. What I would do: - make a copy of TSDZ2 firmware folder and change the Makefile or the needed files to build for the NRF52840 - make a very simple main loop code to control the R...

Re: Fully wireless ANT+ BLE TSDZ2 mid drive motor (like Specialized Turbo Levo) -- Flexible OpenSource firmware

I am being thinking why using Garmin is so relevant (I just bought the Edge 830 that I will use for development and test/use): - I own a Garmin Forerunner watch and it has advanced metrics for running. But I can't run everyday and for recovery, cycling and swimming are recommended. - With a Garmin E...

Hello Your progress with the bluetooth displays looks great! I have another two questions about the implementation: (1) In the adc initialization (adc_init()) you initialize Pin 3,5,6,7 GPIO_Init(GPIOB, (GPIO_PIN_7 | GPIO_PIN_6 | GPIO_PIN_5 | GPIO_PIN_3), GPIO_MODE_IN_FL_NO_IT); There is no analog ...

Ideas for a DIY switch For the switch, other than try to go with the BLE one, I would like to explore to use an ebike button. It is always good to have more than one remote bike button to test. If we connect the Remote directly to the Wireless extension, it may work well. @Casainho the nRF52840 board arrived today. My suggestion is for you to reuse the project of the SW102, because it uses an NRF51 microcontroller and has a good Makefile to deal with softdevice, etc. The current version implements UART over BLE with pairing - the code for the cycling profiles are no...

Can I ask, will a TSDZ2 48v motor with the open source firmware run ok on a 36v battery? It may work somehow. The Field Weakening feature on the firmware will make the motor run faster - maybe it will be enough for you to pedal at 80 RPM cadence - there is no feedback from users on this, using a 48...

Can you explain us briefly the advantage of a direct drive hub motor compared to the Tongsheng TSDZ2 mid-motor. Hm, this has been discussed thousand times already, it is more a "religious" question than a technical one. The middrive motor has only advantages at long and steep ascents. In all other ...
