Yes good for inner city riding.

If the restriction is removed then legally the bike cannot be ridden on the road.

Stupid question - but in states where there is no LA class (eg. NSW) if you hold a full motorcycle license, can the 50Kph restriction be removed/bypassed?

Legally the restriction cannot be removed to be ridden on the road as its only licenced as a LA class.

Been messing around with it... wiggling through wires coming out of the frame and I did get intermittent power.
