I pulled the wires with clamping pliers. I used teflon ptfe wire from a guitar parts seller in cali, very slippery insulation and stiff wire with larger strands in the wire. Do you have a digital multi-meter? If so put it on diode buzz sound and figure it out. I Have a lyen 12 fet with a 3-speed big white connector the wire colors are red black green. Its cartridge, ccw is non drive side to remove, cw is drive side to remove.

Try an impact driver with an adapter that fits your spline tool? Theres the other splined bb tool with shorter splines. I have a cheap 10" breaker bar style from Princess Auto (Canada's Harbor Freight) I dont have any impact except a 1/4" Ryobi impact driver, and 2 normal battery drills. ...

You need to know what connectors can fit the gauge of wire you are using. XT90's will only be able to handle up to a certain gauge, but there are 5.5mm bullet connectors and 6mm and 6.5mm bullet connectors, but there is also Powerpole SB connectors that probably wont suit your needs as they are huge...

Don't bother, guy hasnt even logged in for 2 years. Best to put efforts towards next new guy. I am starting to use the Quick Links on the top left, Unanswered topics wouldnt have sufficed. Some posts just fall through the cracks.

I rode with a flat 19"x3 knobby motorcycle tire and really did not notice a big difference. The tire is a normal dirtbike knobby tire, very stiff, very heavy. I will look into 22" bmx rim with 18" moped tire, but I wouldnt want to go much smaller then 24" bicycle wheel size. Goin...
