How is the belt holding?

Should be Watt and not kw. It is not a dragster but a gagas trailbike. In sensormode it is indeed more tame then in sensorless but how can I make it more punchy because I need power coming from zero rpm. The FOC is smoot from zero rpm but I need more instant power with this kind of sport.

Strange thing is happening, If I run the Heinzmann PM 100 motor With the 24 F Nucular in sensorless mode it gives more power then it gives in FOC mode. Battery is 52 volt. Tangent is still awesome to drive. I also own a LMX-64 but the Tangent is more power al the way. The main problems are keeping the chain in one piece.

To get this roadlegaal in Holland you can forget that. The goverment has completly closed this path.

Sensorless FOC is planned sometime later. I hope this will come soon because I now run sensorless because off bad Hal signals. Problem is to start from zero speed. If the bike is rolling everthing is working fine.

It only gets better. These controllers are pure gold. The 24 F is awesome for a motorbike.
You only have to play a little with the parameters and learn what the influence is.

The EM has a Li-ion cell 13s10 and this is less powerfull then the lipo. The c-rate of the cells from the Em is lesser then the Tattu lipo. Tattu batteries are good stuff. Had my E-trail running 3 years on 3 x 6s 16.000 mah and where still fine. They are not cheap but in the end "you only get what you paid for"

If you go for no reduction then you need at least 450 Amp. for youre controller. I have build severall trail bikes, but al with a second stage reduction. A lot off verry good quality motors run only sin/cosinus encoders.

Frame wil be a Gasgas TXT 2016. This is the best frame to build a lightweight competion bike.
I´am happy with the eta, but think it has not enough power. There latest bikes have gaerboxes ant clutches, but are to expensive for me. I rather build it myself.

Most problem with EM is the bearings. The older type's had a lot of problems because the poor quality of chinese bearings.
Use SKF and the problem is less with water.
