Re: Tire slipping on rim causing valve stem to tear and or flat
Read an old motorcycle book "Speed and how to obtain it" it recommended drilling the rims in four places each side and fitting self tapping screws. Trails and motocross bikes now use rim locks. Don't know if you can get rim locks for push bike sized wheels maybe someone could 3d print some.

When mine broke I noticed on pulling it apart there was only one spring in the clutch the pencil is pointing to it. In the line drawing there is 3. I asked Bonnie about this and she said that one was normal. I'm not an engineer but surely this is something to do with the clutch locking and breaking...

Re: DIY assembly kit for 18650 without spot welding/Solderin
Epoxy glue all over around the head of the bolt might be a really bad idea, because it might function as an isolation, a high resistance layer. So I am thinking of using the glue only one small drop at the perimeter. Hopefully somebody comes with a better idea. By the way, pushing hard with a finge...

Have you considered taking your 48v battery apart and using something like the Vruzend DIY 18650 kit and reconfiguring the cells to 36v.

Re: DIY assembly kit for 18650 without spot welding/Solderin
You could cut the posts down that are in the way of the diagonal bus bars. You would have to make your own bus bars because the gap between the diagonal screw terminals is longer. Or as you say ring terminals and wire.

I'm going to drill and counter sink posts so pack can be bolted together. I am doing the same, but with tie-wrap loop through those holes. I will put another fine tie-wrap around those adjacent studs, to not push apart those holders out the locks, i would do it in your place as well. Yea nice idea.
