i had offered to Sunlu that instead of a refund just send me another roll they accepted and i cancelled the refund on amazon and theyre sending me a roll from their wharehouse, not going through amazon. it would print fine for 12hrs or 24hrs or 1.5hrs random time they also suggested printing at 210 ...

they probably re-wrapped the cells after disassembling the packs and sanding. here in Canada 40T's cost $10. Thanks a lot for your reply goatman, you are probably right that they are re-wrapped. a couple hrs with the roll on the holder and it started to skip at the feeder again gave the tension screw 1/8 turn c/c and put the filament in the Sunlu dryer at 35c ran all night with no skipping got the machine dialed in so the feeder doesnt skip at all but 1 corner lifted i had peeled 2 bad init...

let your partner supply the vehicle and get yourself a bike, or two... or three thats what i do :D i cant stand driving anymore riding a bike feels like freedom and watch out for those ride share vehicles people driving them dont know how to drive or theyre tourists on vacation that are lost they do...

silicone sock, yes put new feeder on and it wouldnt shove the filament through, just chewed it up brass nozzle no problem so i used the ABS pre-heat at 250 and it worked pla is supposed to be 235 i think i thought the higher print temp was because of the carbon fiber but now i realize its because of...

normally theres 2-6mm alignment pins for the motor/pan alignment dont want to rely on them for this adapter plate or have to use too much torque on the bolts designed this sleeve to fit inside the pan bolt holes which are 9.7mm id m8 rod is 7.8mm od can make them eccentric if needed IMG_20210918_082...

hardened steel nozzle sure messes with the settings,
had to turn nozzle temp to 245
fan down to 60%
speed down to 40 mm/s
otherwise the regular PLA filament would jam
now the feeder doesnt skip at all on the filament

motor adapter plate came in at 1060 grams
wound up punching holes and carving out the plate to get down to 914 grams, 5 days to print
should have the nozzle and new bed springs tonight and another kit for the feed and new bowden tube
