Re: bricked tsdz2 with broken stlink?

First you said that your STlink doesn't read another tsdz2, a few post later you say it does fine. imho it looks that something is wrong with connecting several times. What exactly has h...

Re: bricked tsdz2 with broken stlink?
it is 5v okay . pins are okay , they look good . tested the st-link with another bike and it reads bytes fine . im assuming that the controller causes trouble ... is this any difference that i power on the main battery and not the 5v from stlink ? and i use only GND and SWIM but i see other ppl use ...

Re: bricked tsdz2 with broken stlink?
hey . is it possible to brick tsdz2 with vlcd6 with stlink ....... It is possible to do a bad flash, but a complete brick imho isn't possible. The firmware consist of 3 files. If one of them is corrupted, you have a bad flash. Flashing again can solve this for two files with the Java configurator. ...

Re: bricked tsdz2 with broken stlink?
as of now it seems that st-link broke somehow. we tried to read memory from different motor and it failed too . seems like it broke during flash and this broke the process of flashing which resulted in faulty controller . my friend has another st-link so we will try if this one would work . I will ...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"
I have replaced the controller on my TSDZ2 with a new one, and now it doesn't shutdown and short the battery anymore. But when I try to activate the motor using the 6km/h walk mode, the motor won't turn and I can only hear a very small buzzing from the motor. If I keep trying the walk mode for some...

Re: Tsdz2 broken clutch
Well... turned out to be small bearing in the blue gear. Water got inside and it rusted and stuck. Blue gear is fine but I have to replace this small bearing.
Bearing itself is simple to find but I'm not sure how to remove it from this grooved cylinder...

Hey
My motor started slipping at cranks .that was the feeling . I opened the motor and saw something that looks like broken outer ring of main clutch . I thought this was abnormal and sign of failure but a friend said that his motor looks same inside ... what do you think guys ?

tsdz2 grease for torque sensor ?
hey
I'm curious if anyone tried to prolonge life of torque sensor coils with some lubricant ? from what i see they might rub and deteriorate over time, so maybe someone figured grease that is safe for Teflon pads and does not generate too much friction with stickiness ?
