Re: TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I am after longer tests 20.1c, 20.1c2. as for me, it is not suitable for driving, on the revised version 20.1c2 with FW turned off, I heated up to 75 ° after driving 3km on a flat road with an average speed of 30kmh. I came back home, I switched the displays from sw102 to ktlcd3 from 0.20 beta. 10x ...

Re: TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I published on GitHub the pre-release for 860C that I am testing, https://github.com/emmebrusa/TSDZ2-Smart-EBike-860C/tree/master/releases/v20.1C.2-860C , you can enable / disable Field Weakening, so those with temperature problems can check if it depends on that. There are other interesting change...

"I do not understand the need to reach 110." For Mountain biking, when you have short steep climbs that you need a run up for. You need to spin at high cadence due to the low gear and speed needed for the run up and climb. I'm sure there are other reason too. we got it wrong. I tested it w...

yesterday I was testing 20.1C in the mountains. I have the same feelings. before I was still driving 0.8. On 0.8, on the same routes I did 43km, while on 20.1c only 27km. engine assist set at a similar level. I rode with a 50-70 cadence because I like it.

I'm on a test drive. Much better than 1.1.0, you can say a masterpiece, the hybrid mode is a revelation. But, it's terribly power-hungry. After 12 km on flat terrain, I heated up to 72 °, the consumption was quite high in the 5th mode out of 9 practically around 500W pulls. 3V battery drop after 12k...

Are you considering moving to v20.1c? Would love a patched 850c binary for that if you do Cheers mbrusa already did an 850C version for v20.1C. I have tested it. It works great! I have uploaded the 20.1c versions to SW102. setup menu crashes very often. To set everything up, I had to disconnect the...

Hi. I uploaded the latest 1.0.0 to 2 bikes, but the 850C and Sw102 display in the battery menu do not remember the maximum current setting. I set it to 18A, after turning it off, it reappears at 16. Apparently it has been corrected, somewhere in the previous posts I read about it.

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hello. After about 1000 km, I have a problem with the torque sensor. At a standstill, with the pedals set horizontally without load, 192 shows once, after driving a few km 200, again after a few km 196, etc. the same is true when the pedal in a horizontal position loads its weight. Once I have 275, ...

Also noticed an issue with the startup boost. At start up I would get no motor power for 3 seconds then would fade power in. Disabling the startup boost made that issue go away, guessing that I misconfigured the settings. Only after this did I start seeing the issue with the '1'. Going to try rolli...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

You should adjust that values, the curves must be kind of soft, for instance, I would increase the values of 4 and 5, on the left graph. Or the 4 and 5 values are wrong (to low) or the 3 value is wrong (to high) - maybe you should measure again that values. It is clear that your torque sensor has h...
