22s12p battery, 320A max. How do I design the copper and nickel strips?

I wish to build a 22s12p pack of VTC6 cells, but I am very limited in space (maximum pack size must be 320mm length, 140 mm width, 200 mm height). Since this battery would be 264 cells in total, the only way to fit (please correct if you have any other suggestions) would be to build this into 2 x 11...

Another option would be to use 21700 cells and build 2 x 6s10p and 2 x 5s10p all connected together and stacked flat side by side.

Thoughts?

Would depend on the quality of the materials used for the rear swing arm, hinge point/frame and the quality of the welds. I doubt Qulbix spent to much time or money in engineering, quality standard assurance testing, stress testing then what the major bicycle brands have done over the past 5 decade...

25kw would be run for a very short amount of time... It still over 8X the power rating. How many other things would you do that with? Car? Cordless tool? Coffee machine? "Hi, product support? I ran my new 60W desk lamp at 500W for a very short amount of time, and it failed. Will you replace it...

When you say 32kw and 25 kw power, are you referring to battery amps or phase amps. For example, 25kw / 88v gives 284 amps. Now is this 284 battery amps or phase amps? Power is power, and is always watts = volts x amps from the same "side" of the system, so if you refer to a battery volta...

Did you mean 2.5 kw, 25000 watts is way above the 3000W rating of the QS205, you could possibly run 2.5 kw on the QS205 with a temperature sensor and a display (cycleanalyst) to monitor the heat. Andrew Hi Andrew, 25kw would be run for a very short amount of time... What tire size are you running?

Sony 21s12p 36 Ah vtc6 battery pack. So let's take the internal battery resistance we can add all the series resistance together and then do a parallel resistance calculation, which is pretty easy to do. But then, how do I factor in resistance of the pure nickel strips? Resistance of wires? BMS? Etc...
