You may want to check if halls are fine under the debug menus, there are individual hall status.

Unfortunately not possible for streel legal ones due to the homologation, only 14-118T is possible.

Regarding the cadence thing, it is something I requested from our controller supplier a while back and recenteley asked about again. It's not really the cadence, but the human watts that should be used when the torque gets lower due to higher rpm on the cranks.

Yep this is why we install them with some thread lock, that makes it hard to remove the sproket sometimes but prevents this noise.

Could be also that the sproket is getting loose.

Most of the 64T are equipped with the 30mm (by default). All 64H have to use the 40mm.
In the future, only the 40mm will be available.
The 30mm is 0.7kg lighter, that is what I use on our M test bike.
Only the continuous power/torque is different. Peak values vith defaut programming are very similar.

I'm really not sure what causes this drop in top speed.
