BionX battery mounted on HPV Scorpion Battery Mount?

My battery mount just broke on my BionX. It was mounted by my LBS a few years ago and I have always been a bit leary of the design and strength of it. Well, today I was proven wrong as you can see by the photo.

I have a couple HPV Scorpion Recumbent trikes and the other has an HPV battery mount for my Bafang BBS02. It is a much stronger mount. I would like to try it for the BionX.

Has anyone ever tried mounting a BionX on the HPV standard battery mount?
