Escooter Controller 36v for "Speedway Mini 3" scooter brand "

Hi guru,
My Escooter Controller 36v for "Speedway Mini 3" scooter brand "Annoy Bike" with a throttle display. It works fine. The problem is that the way the thottle twists is in a deverse manner. When I twist the throottle, the wheel running become slow, but it is fast when I release the twister.

The controller voltage specifications:

Cable no: 1 3 wires blue green yellow to motor
Cables no:2 to 2 wires black and red to battery

Cables no:3 to display meter and throttle consists 6 wires include the followings in pairs:
1. Yellow output 37volts
2. Orange output 37volts
3. Black output 38,1volts
4. Green output 38,5volts
5. Blue output 38,1volts
6. Red

Cables no:4 consists 2 wires= 37volts
Cables no:5 consists 2 wires= 37volts
Cable no:6 consists 2 wires =0 volt
Cable no: 7 consist 1 wire
Cables no: 8 consists 1 wire
Cables no: 9 consists 1 wire

The issue here is the cable no:3 (display meter and throttle) work in reverse manner. I need help to solve this problem. My question is that whether I can shift the cables in reverse order, so that it suppose to work in the right manner. For example, I change the cable no:3 order like the followings:

1. Green output 38,5 volts
2. Blue output 38,1 volts
3. Black output 38,1 volts
4. Orange output 37 volts
5. Yellow output 37 volts
6. Red
