Any Los Angeles area beach I am at. Or Santa Monic
The Mods probably know about this, but in case they don't, when I go to ES, I get this....

And, BTW my computer clock is fine.

I am sure you will figure it out.

:D :bolt:

Same problem here.
Websites prove their identity via certificates, which are valid for a set time period. The certificate for endless-sphere.com expired on 12/9/2019.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

For what its worth. I have used this web site to get the s in https://
https://www.sslforfree.com/
It expires after I forget how many months. 3 - 6 months? They send me a reminder email telling me to do the SSL thing again.

Looks liek the certificate expired today. I've attached an exported copy of the information in case it's helpful.
Wow amberwolf! I unzip your file and I see a .crt file. Open it and I see a little certificate window.
https://whatis.techtarget.com/fileformat/CRT-Certificate-file
CRT is a file extension for a digital certificate file used with a web browser. CRT files are used to verify a secure website's authenticity, distributed by certificate authority (CA) companies such as GlobalSign, VeriSign and Thawte. CRT files allow a web browser to connect securely using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol. CRT files can be viewed by clicking the lock icon within your web browser.
Its fun to learn about the internet.

Yeah happens on the Brave browser as well..
I can't believe you guys aren't using the Brave browser

Like all the YouTube techies are saying, you should be sent to Siberian-gulag/Auschwitz/Guantanamo if you're not using the Brave browser

Can confirm, same issue on Chrome.

Weirdly, Edge doesn't seem bothered.

Sorry about this, guys. I didn't get a crucial notification and missed it.
This is resolved and i've corrected why i am not getting those notifications.

Oh yeah, they've been discussing that. http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=103666

Dang, HOW MANY small sites have I seen over the years with that warning? Some of these wifi systems you tap into won't let you go to such a site. But I don't know what it really helps anyway.

A lot of low budget operations ( raises hand ) use free letsencrypt certificates, and they expire every 3 months. Setting them to auto renew can be fraught with problems. Notifications can be missed if things aren't set right.

A lot of webmasters drop the ball here and i'm sorry we did.

Had a bunch of web sites on a GoDaddy's server. Clicked on one of them. Redirected to a web site selling pills. Hacks somehow got into the GoDaddy server. Got rid of all those pesky hack files. Ctrl+A, Delete. Gone :D

Moved all my web sites and email accounts to a different GoDaddy account. Girl at GoDaddy was real helpful. Next project is to upload content from from my computer to the domain names on the GoDaddy server. Anyone got some time I can borrow?

SEO is Search Engine Optimization
SSL is Secure Sockets Layer
HTTP is Hypertext Transfer Protocol
HTTPS is HTTP with added S for the secure stuff.

To answer the question "what it really helps anyway" lets try looking at the internet.
SEO SSL HTTPS
Search engines. Google is one. Use the S as a ranking signal. More likely to get to the first page as in higher ranking.

Neptronix wants more people to find this web site and come play in our sand box.
