I need to remove the cranks and bottom bracket on a Mongoose Vinson, and need to know in advance what tools I'll need. The Mongoose Vinson manual is useless.
If someone has a Vinson, I'd appreciate if you could tell me what size hex/allen wrench is needed for the cranks (all mine are too small). I also need to know which crank remover tool and bottom bracket tool tool I need, so I can order everything at once.
I'm assuming & hoping the BB inner shell is threaded and 35mm in diameter. Please tell me if it's not, as I'll be spending a lot of money on a mid-drive kit.
In principle I'd like to buy a tool kit that includes everything needed for this specific bike, but I've not been able to find one.
