Am desperate to find this!
I have this water pump with a missing cap for the bottom pipe that comes out of it.
It's a plastic pipe with an external thread that needs a cap with an inner thread, an M27 thread.
I don't care if it's a plastic cap, brass or whatever, I just need the cap at any depth.

if youre in a pinch you can always jump up with a bushing or a coupler, you just need something with a female m27 thread. its kind of mickey mouse but??

Worst case I just order an M27 nut and create a seal out of it but that's too hacked up for something I already need to order online and wait a month for it to arrive

Machine shop wont be busy, but it'd expensive.
Find something else thats M27, anything, and figure out to cap it.

The pumps plastic could be coupled to something more convenient to Home Depots or a plumbers supply store. Would mean your physically changing the pumps plastic pipe whether you cut a piece off, slip something over and glue it.

Pictures would be good, pictures are always good.

Old dusty auto parts store might have a brass cap in their trays of old dusty brass caps.

I am getting male and female confused. Could be why I have no children?

Might this pipe size also be used with hydraulics? There is a whole nother world of brass hydraulic fittings.

If you tell us year, make, model, and engine size of whatever has this water pump? With some searching of the internet ya might find someone else who is missing the same part and what solution they came up with.

Here is a list of every junk yard on planet earth and easy to search parts data base.
https://www.car-part.com/

Buy a M27 nut and have a welder weld a hex or round piece of metal to it.

Is this "bottom pipe that comes out of it" clean? If yes? Spray male threads with some thin oil. Fabricate a cap from epoxy putty. Let it dry. Remove and reinstall with thread sealer.

Some type of cork pounded into inside of pipe.

Rubber hose on outside of pipe fastened with hose clamp. Plug rubber hose with hose clamp and something round and plastic from plumbing supply place.

If ya like to do things the hard way? Draw the part with https://www.solidworks.com/ then print it. Expensive 3d printers can print with metal.

I go to sleep now. Sure that I will have more ideas in the morning.

Whats that specialty store that sells everything, nuts, balsa wood, tools, EV'er use it.
Begins with a C, heavy online presence, ships everywhere, big store, sells millions of stuff.

Something like Lee Valley in Canada.

Is this water pump new in a box and ya somehow lost the pipe cap? If yes? The manufacturer / rebuilder of the pump might be able to sell a piece of the part.

Not a cap but here is a plug.

"M27" sounds a whole lot like 3/4" NPT (or NPS). More precisely, M26.7 x 1.8

is this one of those k archer pressure washers, are you sure its m27 and not just a brass hose bib cap you need?

That's what I need exactly but in M27!

This is the pump:
https://www.wallashops.co.il/משאבה-מסנן-חול-mustang-2200-גלון-משלוח-חינם/pi6micipu_78

The pipe isn't shown in the photo, it's close to the bottom diagonally facing the ground (on the other side of the blue jug in the photo).

It's a plastic pipe with external threads (kind of fine threads) that sticks about 7cm out of the blue jug.

I thought that there is only 2.0mm but turns out that there's 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0

Why did I think "water pump" was on a water pump on a internal combustion engine?

OK now I think we got a swimming pool? Drain on sand trap looks something like this?

Go to a swimming pool supply place.

Find the parts list for your [pump with sand trap].

Don't know if different brands of pool filters use the same size drain cap?

Here is a similar looking Sand Filter with Water Pump for sale in the US
