Sabvoton controller issues

Hi all I have a brand new 100 amp 72v sabvoton with Bluetooth 72v 35 Ah 110amp continuous battery and a cheapo 3000w 72v ebay motor I have tried to swap hall wires and phase wire about some make it scooter running others don't No matter what I do i can't get the motor to run smoothly I think It must be a setting issue can any1 help me work out my offset angle and motor Parameter setting
