Can police shoot you in the back by mistake, and get away with it? Until this case, YES, they could 
BUT not any more, cops can now be sued. I expect within 1 or 2 decades, cops will all be informed and might be more careful, maybe even wear a cop uniform when pointing a gun 8) :lol:
