I'm going hang gliding this weekend (gotta say kinda nervous) and came across this video that calmed my nerves and got me excited again, I just hope my landing is as smooth!!

So post your favorite video, let's get a good youtube thread going here, yes, even double rainbows. A good soundtrack is usually a must, or at least old recorded quotes from legends past and future, like this one:

All the Red Bull ones are pretty good, like this one:

^^LOVE to have a go on that ramp with a foam pit after the jump!

He pulled off the back flip when in Sydney this year touring with Nitro Circus...

About ~4 years after he first hit youtibe fame with the first wheelchair backflip IIRC
While very very impressive he has other tricks i think are just as hard if not harder, his
180 aerial and 360 wheel to wheel spin are also extremely difficult.

The logistics of that wheelchair backflip are astounding to me. First and foremost, how hard is it to alter your course when moving that fast?? I was just thinking that if he started going off course slightly on the way down, at that speed, how easy would it be to correct without over correcting? And then, watching him actually land the thing! I noticed he was slightly over rotating. On a dirtbike, you can make up for over rotation or under rotation while in mid air by applying either the back brake or the throttle. How in the hell can you make up for it in a chair? That was incredible in my book.

Here is mine...

no wheelchair, no airplane, no deepspace..

Just ELECTRONS !!

I would really love having that famous Doc character living next to my place!!!!

This video is inspirational to me. Every time I think I'm a bad father, bad boyfriend, living in a hazardous way, or other depressing thoughts, I watch this video, and I feel way better about life. If you're on this forum, you have it incredibly good in life. It doesn't even matter what problems you've possibly got, you've got it incredibly good.

Nothing sexual or not-work-safe in this documentary video, but a strong chance of offending and/or stirring emotion etc, so use your best judgement if you decide to view it at work.

Hmm... I will see if I can make a copy somehow and host it on ru-tube or some other site that doesn't care about copyright BS.

This one blows the pants off of everything else. For me. IT inspires me to rest in the moment so that I join with IT. I can only know the truth, any and all truth, at the intersection of time and space, which is the moment of truth, which is the sum and product of rhyme and reason, the construct of hour virtuous reality. Guess what happens to my body whenever I watch this video. Whenever I reside in thee moment of truth, aka "love", my body ceases to age. My conclusions are not made real via explanation with reason. My conclusions cum from thee feeling in my heart. Time will tell. So I listen to time(rhyme) first. And then i apply the view as seen in space (reason) to decipher the true of the truth. So I know (in my feeling)that this video imparts anti-aging benefits to my body. I have absolutely no logical proof of this other than the fact that I look and feel young. More than that, my actions are becoming more like a child's, but in a more reason-defined (reason able) way. So I am ahead of the game with my thinking. Science will ketchup. Math is not the discoverer of truth. It is a logical proof of truth. Math is second. Math cums after the feeling. aka aftermath. IT is not what you know. IT IS what you don't know. B good for goodness sake, and then Santa Clause will come to town...
I get inspired from this video. Of course it is not near the inspiration I get from air conditioning...

This one is worth mention. I became inspired to not quit smoking...

i find it inspiring because he was an athlete before his accident, and hes not letting a disability stop him. it makes me feel as if anything is possible as long as the will power is there.

I did have this in a lone thread but this place seems more appropriate, just when you think you have it bad

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IV6zs8JtcaY

and how do you get the vids in the same page instead of a link to another site?

Tells you exactly how to do it if you mouse over the youtube tags in the text editor.

Thank's Kim, now i'll see if I can do it,

Not so inspiring but for the diggers and others doing it tough in Afghanastan

Hmmm didn't seem to work

The youtube link think is weird, it took me a bit to figure out what was going on since the explanation was not clear. I didn't know that i needed to remove the extra php variables at the end of the video ID.

So if you have a link like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzNhaLUT520&feature=related

What you need to insert into the 'youtube' tag is this part:

EzNhaLUT520
