[Fake] yellow A123's?

Are they fake? And say they were, are the discharge/recharge rates and life similar to genuine A123's? Thanks guys! :)
 
AA size cells would be pretty convenient, wouldn't they?
 
After soldering together 140 18650's (what these are, quite a bit bigger than AA's) I can say NO.

These are the genuine ones BTW - they do make a 18650 A123.
 
It says "APR185650" on the shrinkwrap in the photo.

Even hobbyking sell these at a laughable price, but why bother with them when the assembly time is astronomical as Heath says. However if your a real sucker for punishment you may as well start with at least the 26650 cells with 2 times the capacity and therefore 2 times less potential failure joints.
