Folding full-sized fat bike

I've posted this on ES FB recently, but it didn't gain much traction. Therefore, I'm posing the same question/topic here. Are there any full-sized folding fat bikes (Montague style) out there? This guy (http://www.aliexpress.com/item-img/Free-Shipping-Cheapest-price-Black-Folding-Fat-Wheel-Bike-Snow-Bike-Moon-Cruiser-26x4-0-inches/32282435966.html) is selling it for $700, but I question the quality of the frame.
