Falcon M3/M5 LCD Display

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert this display from KPH to MPH? Fitted to a 72v Falcon moped. If it helps, purple is speed wire.

Found a seller on Aliexpress, but MPH is special order, just wondering if I can modify the one I have to get bike through inspection for registration in the UK.
