Introducing the Manouche Bikes Cyber ebike

Hello guys,

We built this crazy ebike (personal project): Manouche Bikes cyber ebike:
4130 chromoly tubing - aluminium fairings - 3000w electric motor / no engine brake - 30ah battery - 200mm travel front and rear - 24" wheels - 42kg total weight





We would love to get your feedbacks about it, and ideas to improve it!

We are from the mechanical world, and we do not have a lot of knowledge regarting electronics.
I would need your help to properly set up the controller please. We got some information but we are not sure they are correct...

- We use this motor:

- Finally we use this controller (it is a bluetooth controller, very convenient to customize the values if you know how to... I have the "Yuyangking" app):

Could anyone help me calculate those values?
- Battery current limit
- phase current limit
- low voltage threshold
- And maybe more parameters to maximize the potential!

I'm curious why you have chosen/made a falling rate suspension design?
And how much water and sand will the holes in the front/bottom aluminium plate let through into the battery area when riding...?
Lastly why not use more serious foldable foot pegs like on a ICE off road motorcycle?

Direct Drive?????? Ratio gearing??????
