Recommendation on 96v ESC and high power hub motor

I have a crap china scooter that will eventually get 28s LION cells. Currently I have 22s
I am after a motor controller that suits up to 120v and 100a continuous
I am also after a suitable motor. I am thinking about QS motor but don't know for sure.

The current motor controller is a shunt modded china controller 120v 50a FOC that does okay and I am using the factory 48v rated 500w hub motor which is severely under sized

80-something volts

is really narrowing your choices, and trusting Chinese voltage ratings very risky, 120V probably means around 90V IRL

Nucular is best, tops out around 21S if charging past 4.1V
