Hi,

i have two "36v 300w" brushless motors (attached to wheel) off two separate EScooters and also the two non-powered wheels from the front. the controllers from both bikes are unusable and the batterys from both "Li-ion 36.5v664.3Wh, 18200mAh" are currently disassembled and needing to be rebuilt with new bms boards.

i would like to use these 4 EScooter wheels to create a 4 wheeled EV using two separate controllers and one throttle. i would also think i could connect both controllers to one battery but this is where i am having trouble.

would anyone know what kind of battery i would need to power this, i have seen info saying i need to double the voltage and other info saying to keep the voltage and double the current.

the controllers i am thinking of using are these ones here:
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2746601...PN1yisUS2elUfQ%3D%3D|ampid:PL_CLK|clp:2334524

could anyone input what type of battery you think would be needed to run both motors without loss of speed or power as i will need to put it together myself and am getting quite lost, if anyone has nay thoughts on if the controllers sound appropriate it would be appreciated as well. thanks.

If you have to get a new battery anyway just go to 48V for battery and controllers.

Two of these: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/323948351900 for example. It is a 36/48V 350W controller but I doubt the 18 Mosfet and 45A max current are correct in the size they say it is. For that price it will probably be a 10-15A controller. As the controllers take the power in parallel they each get the 48V from the battery. As both controllers will feed the motors with their rated amps, the battery will need to be able to provide 2x350(but more peak)W=700+W.
I would say a battery pack that can feed 30A continuous would be needed. Something like this:https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121275662743.
These are just suggestions as I have no personal experience with any of these sellers or products.
