Alta motorcycle throttle

Typically three of the wires control the throttle (Black = throttle negative, Red = throttle positive 5v, Green = signal return.)

The other two wires go to things like off/on switch or on signal to controller. Depends on your controller.

Can you show us some pictures so we can see the colors? Make sure the pictures are in focus.

Also what controller do you have?

Early bikes had domino with an inline digitizer. Later ones had the digitization done in the inverter. digital is CAN messages...
 
Having two outputs is that if you are running two controllers? Which I would assume just means you have to use pins 1 2 and 3 for the throttle to function properly?
