Hi guys, sorry if this a noob question but I am a newbie assembling my first ebike.

I have a Kelly KLS7212NT and a 3000w motor with 3 hall sensors (also a 27,4Ah 60v battery). A friend made the initial config for me and gave me all pre assembled.

Everything was fine until the two months mark of the ebike. Now whenever I'm riding, after 3/5mins the throttle cuts off and the controller makes 3,4 beeps. It's weird because if I shut down the bike and start it again immediately it beeps again, but if I wait 10minutes or so I can ride another 3/5mins.

What could be the problem? I attach a screenshot of the controller config.

Controller manual
https://kellycontroller.com/wp-content/uploads/kls-nm/KellyKLS-N-UserManualV2.7.pdf
page 31 is list of error codes.

Best guess is motor is overheating and disabling the hall sensors until they cool off.

Otherwise it could be wire or connector damage, etc.

What specifically and exactly happened to the bike between the time it worked and the time it did not?

Are you sure it is 3/4 and not 4/3 ?
4/3 means motor overheat.

If you swipe right to left on the app, the monitor page will show, it has all the values and error codes.

I think you can also tap the top right corner.
