Hey everyone. This is my first post on here. So please bear with me as I’m new here. But I rebuild lithium ion battery packs for all bikes and electric vehicles, mountain boards scooters solar powerwalls. Any voltage 24v 36v 48v 52v 58v 60v 72v 90v. Any capacity any size. I spot weld all my batteries with pure nickel 0.2mm strips. Any size BMS with a charger in any case or pack size you would like. Please contact me so we can talk about it. :es:

I use only Name brand 18650 cells. Samsung LG Sony Littokala or anything you would like. I can get super cells also 25c per cell. Very high power. 215.254.0381 victors electric bikes Philadelphia pa

I'd be interested in your service. I am in Boston, so if we can figure out best shipping method, I have two 72V 18650 batteries that need some service. One has a bad cell and one needs two spot welds. I'd like to also connect them together through one BMS. Let me know your service costs and shipping advice.

That's generally my problem. No carrier wants to ship a known-bad lithium ion battery.

You can ship it ground Usps ups fedex with a special label I email to you before shipping. It is considered hazmat and you would need to discharge the battery before shipping if possible. Shipping is actually pretty fast.

I am in Philadelphia and wouldn’t take more then 2 or 3 days for you to ship to me ground Usps priority mail. They r really all the same they Pass things back and forth. I send things ups and Usps delivers it or vice versa. For something simple like your wouldn’t cost more then $125. That’s my normal service fee to diagnose rip apart and rebuild a battery if it only needs a couple cells replaced. If you needs cells then we can talk about prices for them.

testimonials or job examples would help introduce

rough price estimates for various cells too

someone who can do this well could be very popular as working packs age

- Do NOT use other peoples pictures for your items unless you have permission

I STARTED USING SMART BMS WITH BLUETOOTH IN MY BATTERIES. IF YOU NEED ONE BUILT LET ME KNOW.

I Build 18650 Packs or whatever you need. I :bigthumb: spot weld then with pure nickel and not nickel plated. Only the best material used. Located in Philadelphia can ship anywhere in the US ground shipping only. :p 8)

Could you post some photo's of your work? Especially of the "guts" (the welded strips and cell holders) so we can see the quality of your packs.

Sure. I'm getting ready to build a pack with LG hg2 18650s. Will be a 15s4p square 11 1/4 x 4.25 x 3.65 which is the old 24v silver fish case side for Ann battery in China. On the ERB-E will be building one of those right after. Waiting for the case to come from customer. We will document the whole build for this wesite and owners of the ERB-E. But will not have smart BMS as it won't fit in the case. I'm waiting for more cells. Depending on the battery I use different material for different types of cell packing. I will ad a lot more pictures now that I know I'm on trial here. Lol. Here is some of my previous work. But I will document this whole build for everyone here. I am also series circuiting 2 36v batteries with BMS if anyone is intersted. I have never done this before and should be fun.

I am having trouble posting pictures. They've took big. Someone help. I don't know how to reduce the size from 2.6m

Here are some pictures of the material I use. If you look closely at the LH HG2 18650 cells in-between are plastic inserts so the anode and cathode do not touch from cell to cell. Or I can use the cage style. Whatever you you want really. For right packs I have used the koptan tape in-between cells. If I hot glue I make sure there is enough room so the cells do not touch in series connections. Also use ultra flexible 8 to 16 gauge silicon insulated wire and xt90s connectors with a resistors built inside for anri-spark with 99% pure nickel strip .15 x .1 and PVC shrink wrap. Can use a smart BMS or regular. I also build EBIKES and am knowledgeable in controllers and motors as well but the batteries are lot interesting to me. Don't get me wrong. I love riding the bikes too and building them. I will most pictures of batteries soon as I am building 3 batteries very soon.

Try the Adding Pictures thread; there's lots of discussion on methods of image alteration.

Wish i would have found you earlier. Just ordered a custom made 60v 40 ah LI batt last night, $650 shipped...is that a good price?

Yes that is a very good price. Do you know the type of cells are being used? If it’s 18650s that’s an awesome price but I’m thinking because of the ah it’s a pouch pack? Is a charger included. Does that include a case? Just curious?

I just built someone a 58.8v 14sp10 2600mah with lg 10 cells 2600 mah each 140 cells that’s 100a pack. for 840 including everything. With a smart BMS. Consider me for your next build or if this does not work out.

What’s ur discharge rating?

Happen to get the updated link to picture. I will update them as often as possible.

I had a call with Victor (vmw) last weekend. He is great to chat with and he is going to tackle a project for me. I sent a bunch of photos of my batteries and he has already been good at diagnosing the issue. I will update once the work has moved along. Glad he posted his services here. We plan to document the project on a separate thread. Stay tuned.

Yes those are things you need to build a battery pack. But I hope you'll also show us the quality of your work (welds, connections, BMS etc.) while building a pack. So hopefully you'll update this thread with photo's when you are building your next battery pack. There is no better advertising than showing decent quality work with total transparency
