My goal is try to make less heavier then original with a lill more power of course.

mortorhispania 50cc frame modified (im not a welder guy so spare me lol)
QS 4KW as direct drive with 10t front sprocket and rear sprocket 59t
KLS 7250 NR (thats what Kellys called cause it does flux weakening)

20s 12p 21700 cells( still unknow with brand)
Wheels with rim size modified from 18x2,15 to 17x1.85 and 21x1.16 to 19x1.10

Damm , the bolt nut was hard but my impact tool did the job but the sprocket broke my removel tool lol so 157750709_337986617613457_4662724328720175229_n.jpgany ideias how to remove the sprocket from motor?.

Get a better removal tool!

I'm a bit jealous of your chassis, I'm building on the old Rieju Drac and have no good place for batteries.

The delta box style frame is bether for battery placement but if you do your own battery pack then you can shape in any form to fit the chasis.

The controller arrived! Need to thanks Fany from Kelly controllers for great support. The controllers come well packed and looks build with quality. 20210308_132031.jpg

Weld the motor supports. Now looking for a controller placement.

Lol i hate it to but im still learning welding. They look ugly but they are strong enough. Still need clean and repairs missing welds.

What kind of welder do you have? I have a cheap stick welder and when using 1.6mm electrodes I found it way easier to get a good weld. Now i got a cheap ass MIG with protection gas, havent tested it much but seems even easier to get a good weld.

I used a stick welder with 3.2 mm electrodes at 110amps. Order already some 2mm to try. The welds was not finished and clean. I think the mig is probably the best option.

I would have placed the controller where you have it in the first pictures since I would like to use the space where you have it now for batteries - but it all depends on the form of the battery.

Its also a matter of getting the weight of the batteries as close to the ground as possible to get a low center of gravity.

I think i may go with 20s10p 21700 batteries. What do you guys think of this shape?

All the weigth gonna be in the midle of the bike and is also compact. Still lower center of gravity than original bike with full gas tank. I reckon the bike will weigth less then 70kg.
21700 samsung 40t cells? They are avaiable in nkon.nl store.

It looks good! I didn't realize you would be able to fit the battery like that!

Have you decided which battery cell to use?

Interesting build :thumb:
Will you be able to get it registered in Portugal as a road legal electric moped or motorcycle?

Hi , no chanse for road legal unfortanly. Thats Portugal! After installing the seat , i have to say i love , the mods i did to the frame chassis worked well. Gonna order 202cells 21700 samsung 40t . 20210310_171616.jpg

Been repairing welds and grinding so i can paint the frame. Damm its hard to grind in small spaces!
Looks so much bether with some paint on it.

Motor and controller in place , still waiting for batteries to come. Next gonna mount some front suspension and wheels.

Some progress. Had to adapt wheels suspension , etc.
Not easy task but have to be done and voila!

Very nice build. That is going to be a weapon :bigthumb: How are you going to mod your motor sprocket to except a smaller 10t sprocket ?

Hi there , will be a 10 front sprocket wit 59 tooth rear sprocket so will be a 1x5.9 gear ratio on a 17 inch wheel.
What you guys reckon? bike under 70kg with a qs 138 4kw motor , kelly kls 7250 400 phase amps and 20s10p 21700 samsung batteries.
I notice that the controller only comes with a 150amps slow fuse so may not be so strong???

Looks cool. I like how you put the controller-looks a bit like an aircooled cylinder of combustion engine.

I am also converting a dirt bike, so I am watching such threads with special attention.

From your pictures, I got 2 questions:
Are you going to fix the motor only on ONE SIDE (sprocket side)?
And is there any reason why you drilled so many holes into the holder- but seem to be using only 2 of them?
