I see a lot of threads about big batteries, but I only want/need a small one. Like the Luna mini but 36V. I see that there are 6ah and 9ah 36v ones on electrifybike.com, but don't see any reviews about this vendor around so I was just wondering if anyone had any options that they could recommend. Thanks!

Found a very small one here: https://www.ebay.de/itm/ENERpower-Softpack-Akku-Li-Ion-36V-10S2P-30Q-6Ah-Pedelec-Range-Extender-5x4-DC/264115160058?hash=item3d7e7d83fa:g:HsAAAOSw6eRcLO-q

Assembled with INR18650-30Q

And here is a 10S1P with INR21700-30T to be able to carry according to the manufacturerer by airplane:

Consider running 2 18v tool batteries in series. Available 2 to 10ah. My choice is Makita because of the simple mount design, compact size, very low price, long life and fast charging (charger's cool cells with fan during charge). Flexible too: bring 2 spares for long rides and you can build the wife a "she shack" with battery tools in your spare time.

I ordered a 52V from electrifybike and so far so good.

electrifybike is the webstore for a Utah eBike shop called PoweredRide that seems to be legit - you can find some reviews on PoweredRide if you Google

I ended up buying the 36V 9ah cube battery from electrifybike. So far, so good! 9ah should be plenty - I took it out for its first exploratory adventure today and put about 16miles on it and the battery only went down 1/4. I don't plan on taking it much farther than that, so it should be good. The cust service from them has been good so far - they put anderson connectors on the battery, but my motor just had bullets, so they included some extra anderson connectors and some heat-splice thingamabobs so that I could change out the motor connectors.
