Hi all,

I'am having a difficult time understanding how the Bosch Powerpack 400 is designed. There are 40 batteries in total. Each batter is an 18650 (obviously), 2900ah each. The overall pack produces 36V, 11ah, about 400wh. So I understand that each unit of 8 inside the pack produces 36V, 11.6ah, but what does the final pack of 8 do that has the positive and negative terminals on it?

Can anyone explain to me how this battery works?

Thank you in advance. I'm scratching my head here.

I can't make the pics under 500kb lol. Sorry guys and gals. Thank you for patience.

10S not 8 to get to nominal 37V

4P so x 2900mA = 11.6Ah

10 groups of 4, aka 4P10S

40 total cells, 413Wh

Apparently NCR186650PF?
